The ambiance at 1892 is both elegant and cozy, making it the perfect spot for any occasion. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who made sure I felt right at home. The decor perfectly blends the charm of the 19th century with a contemporary touch, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere.
The menu at 1892 is a culinary journey through Dutch cuisine with a modern twist. The attention to detail in every dish was evident, and the flavors were nothing short of exceptional. I tried the Dutch classic, "Bitterballen," which were perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with a creamy, flavorful mixture on the inside. The "Stroopwafel Dessert" was the perfect sweet ending to my meal, leaving my taste buds dancing with delight.
The wine selection is outstanding, and the staff was more than happy to recommend a wine that paired perfectly with my meal. Their knowledge of wine and their willingness to assist in choosing the right one was greatly appreciated.
What truly sets 1892 Food and Drink apart is the dedication of the staff to ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience. They are attentive without being intrusive, making you feel like you are the most important person in the room.
Heerlijk gegeten en de service was top. Jammer van het gekleurde licht waardoor je eten een rare kleur kreeg.
Gisteravond hebben we met vrienden heerlijk gegegeten. Het was restaurantweek en kregen 6 verschillende gerechtjes, een dessert en een glas Prosecco voor € 35,00. Alles was leuk opgemaakt en de smaak was echt voortreffelijk!
Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom: het was weer een fantastische avond!!
Heerlijk gegeten! De actie omvatte een uitgebreid menu. De verschillende gerechtjes maken het een gezellige manier van eten.
Wij hadden via de restaurantweek gereserveerd voor een verassingsmenu van 2 gangen met 3 gerechten, voorafgegaan door een prosecco en afgesloten met een nagerecht. De 6 gerechten waren erg lekker en meer dan voldoende voor ons. Ook de nagerechten waren heerlijk.
